    Hey,

So I've been looking around on the net trying to see if i can find anything that relates to the problem I'm having and i can't so I'm helping someone on here may be able to help me. ( Kinda embarrassing icon_redface.gif )

I'm in a relationship and I'm the bottom and before sex i always like to douche to make sure I'm clean. Lately when i douche most of the time my douche just does not seem to come out clean even after a few flushes

Have no idea why or what could be causing it, I'm a fit guy and not overweight, i don't smoke or drink and health is great.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what i could do to fix this problem as its starting to make me get sexually frustrated!!

    Thanks!!

Firstly you shouldn't be using those drug store douches they are for lady parts, they squirt water backwards. Use enemas. My ex didn't know this and I had to buy new sheets.

But yeah like ^ he said, fiber should help you, but there isn't anything medically wrong with poop being in your butt.

I doubt the OP was actually referring to douche products. But I do agree with you about the poop in the butt because enemas do NOT clean the colorectal track completely. There will always be some residual stool and this is what the OP is experiencing. There's nothing embarrassing about it because that's how the human body works!

Perhaps the OP is under the (mistaken) impression of having to have his entire system "back-flushed" crystal clear in order to be properly prepared for receiving anal sex?

I also recommend more fiber in the diet.

I agree about fiber (mentioned above a couple of times) and the other thing that helps is to eat lightly the day prior to bottoming activity (if you can plan).
