Many guys in the gay community have aspirations in the artistic field. My question is could you handle the invasion of privacy fame seems to bring in modern society? Also never knowing why someone wants to be in your life?

Handling it is one thing. Wanting it is another.

It is, however, possible to be famous AND anonymous at the same time.

Someone that worked for Bon Jovi told me he has a disguise in order to blend in.

woodsmen saidIt depends on the community you're in. In Seattle, Macklemore shops at Nordstrom. No one bothers him.
That's because no one knows who he is. icon_lol.gif

I live close to the Los Angeles area and the closet I got to was seeing celebs outside the Ivy in West Hollywood! Honestly, no! I don't want fame but I want an artistic/self-fulfilling career! Just watching E news on how many *young and old celebs screw up in this town scare me lol. I mean look at Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes! And that one young white guy actor (forget his name) who was on crack, killed his landlord and jumped off the building in Los Feliz!icon_neutral.gificon_cry.gif

    Probably not.

I think if I did succeed in something artistic, the media would soon be describing me as 'reclusive', etc.

Truth... People in general are too nosey. It's like get your own life, and stop examining mine.
