This is awesome news, Illinois will finally join the list of states allowing gay marriage. Granted it won't take effect until June 1st, but that date will be here before you know it.

    Cheese and crackers!!! another one?!

has anyone noticed that things are getting worse since more and more states have been legaling same-sex marriage? I dunno, but it just seems like God is punishing those sinful states for allowing such sexual things to happen? I feel like this is the beginning of the end. God will punish Illonois by making it snow this winter! u watch and see!!

I don't know about other states, but there are not a lot of gays around here that are in any serious relationships. Even if gays could marry here, I don't think there would be very many who would.

I think it is more likely that a meteor will destroy the entire Earth before gay marriage is legalized in Oklahoma.

It's abhorrent that President Obama would take the position of leaving a basic human right up to each individual state to decide.

    Huh? Are you serious?

I know quite a few people in serious relationships here in Milwaukee. And I just entered into a relationship with an amazing guy from Chicago.

Then there's the whole "equal rights" part...

Maybe you need to expand you social sphere a little... icon_rolleyes.gif

You just need to vote out all those narrow minded, bible thumping screwballs and than Oklahoma might have a fighting chance. Plus you need to make Oklahoma City, Tulsa, the university town of Norman and the military town of Lawton much more diverse and than you could tip the scales in favor of gay marriage in the Sooner State.
