Hey guys, so I recently posted another thread because I was concerned I wasn't losing enough fat, so I recently tried taking a stab at really trying to control what it is that I eat...so I wrote down everything I ate today on an excel spreadsheet along with the total number of calories, protein, etc.

My overall goal as stated in the thread title is to lose fat while maintaining muscle mass. I'm a relatively big guy at 6'4 and currently weigh 215 lbs. I'm also moderately active working out 3-4 times a week (a mixture of weight lifting, cardio and core/ab workouts).

So according to several online "daily caloric need" calculators", I need roughly 3000 calories a day to maintain my current physique. So I decided in order to lose fat I would cut down to eating roughly 2500 calories a day while burning an extra 500 through cardio to bring my net down to 2000. Additionally, I am trying to eat a lot of protein in order to not lose muscle mass.

So I've attached here a picture of my excel sheet. It would be great if I could get some feedback, maybe some suggestions for better food options, etc.
