    Ok maybe I'm just giving myself the placebo effect but I swear every since I started eating more carbs which means more in general I am getting leaner and way stronger than before..I thought carbs were supposed to make you fat ??

    Carbs make you fat only when you consume more than your body can process. People need to stop being scared of carbs, and understand how to manage it instead.

    Your body NEEDS carbs. It gives you energy to perform. Your brain needs it to function. It gives your muscles mass.

    ummm, I dunno why u would wanna sabotage everyone's diets by spewing your false information, but carbs are super bad for you, mmmkay?

    Carbs are actually made of oxygen hydrogen carbon and a molecule of sugar.That sugar is the main component that your body needs for your day to day activity's.While you eat carbs they are transformed in smaller particles and they go in your blood system.There the amount of glucose that gets in the cell is controlled by your pancreas which secrets insulin.If you have less glucose then u need your body will make its own with the help of a hormone glucagon...So lov the carbs are good because you work out a lot, you stay up late andif u dont give your body what it wants it can make it itself...icon_smile.gif

    Carbs is energy. Eat lots and do little, get fat. Eat little, do lots, get tired and lethargic
