Have any of you guys read any books by Susan Jeffers?
She's released self-help books such as "Feel the fear and do it anyway", Feel the fear and beyond", "The feel the fear guide to lasting love" and "The little book of confidence".

If so, what did you guys think of these books? Did they help you?
And can the book "The feel the fear guide to lasting love" help gay guys such as myself?

I have not read any of her books, but don't let that stop you from reading or benefiting from her books. Sometimes books are like an old friend they may not be well known, but they tell you what you need to hear in that moment.

It's always good if someone recommended a particular book but even if that is not the case try it anyway, the worst thing that happens is you're out the cost of the book and the time it took you to read it. The best thing that can happen is it makes sense and you like it

Thanks, I agree. Plus I did some research on the internet and somebody reviewing the "Lasting love" book by Susan Jeffers said "straight, gay, man, woman or single, this book is for you.

I read Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway back in the early 1990's. One of the best self-help books out there for learning how to turn "fear" into "excitement".
