The language of statistics is Fascinating and very informative!
Professor 'Hans Rosling' introduces us to some of the Demographics in an intelligent way and clears some of the basic doubts and misconceptions many of us have(or ask once in a while) on populations.

That was the most positive take on the future of humanity yet. If true, we could see poverty end in our lifetimes... Unfortunately, the caveat is that we need to reduce emissions, starting in Europe and the US, by more than half in the next 20 years. There are no proposals that come even close to that. And if we reduced by more than half would that even be enough to stop the degradation of the planet due to greenhouse gases? I want to be optimistic, but climate change seems more serious and detrimental than people will admit. Our governments may be too fragile too withstand a serious global weather crisis.
