Feeling Constantly Cold

Am I alone in this feeling? Maybe this is why I virtually never wear tank tops, but usually I'm on the colder side and need to bundle up. My hands tend to be pretty frigid. People may feel them and be shocked by how cold they are. Or like if I'm out walking in the cold like this morning, it was down to about 27F, very cold this time of year. And after about three minutes of being outside, my thumb started getting super painful.

I blast the heat and take long and hot showers, but this morning, it felt impossible to get over.

Maybe it's an underactive thyroid? It's certainly possible. My health insurance at work kicks in this December, so I'll probably take the time to visit a doctor and get their opinion.

**sigh** Maybe a handsome hunky guy can wrap me in his arms and warm me up. icon_wink.gificon_lol.gif

This is normal when people live in cold weather. Move to South Florida or the Big Island of Hawai'i. Try it. You might like it.

I'd love to if I could afford that. Unfortunately...I can't afford that. And I even work 56 hours a week. icon_sad.gif

Haven't you ever just "pushed the reset button" and "started from zero"?

You can do it. All you have to do is just leave it all behind and go make a new life. It's really quite easy. I've done it twice so far. Once in 2005 when I picked up and moved from South Florida to Honolulu. Then, again in 2010 when I picked up and moved to San Francisco. I might even do it again some day. Try it. You might like it.
