New Workouts.

    I just joined this site today, i figured it could be a good way to get some pointers and advice on working out. I'm trying to get back into working out, and I'm looking to gain some pounds and some muscle.

    I have a really fast metabolism and a I want to.change that lol. Anyone out there have any tips or anything on diets or routines? I'd appreciate it for sure!

    Search the forums under Nutrition. " Gaining weight" and lots of workouts under fitness or main page workout generator.
