That bitch stole his look! Plus it requires payot and gravitas - my boy wore it better in '06:

I'm Chanukah feasting with friends tomorrow. My Jewish friend who invited me is a devout atheist but we both have a strong belief in good food, wine and entertaining companionship.

on behalf of myself and my boston terrier, maccabee, we thank you.

now, on a more somber and sappy note for thanksgiving.
i want to thank all of my rj brothers for your kindness and support this past year as i navigate my way through life post cancer 'treatment' (14 months out as of the 11th) you've responded with private messages and emails that i will treasure. for that, i'm thankful that you all are in my life. even those that criticize a thread or two..... it's meant in good spirit. i hope.

Well, I was raised a Presbyterian and made myself into an Episcopalian so this is not coming from inside the fold, but I never met a fried potato I didn't like.

    Kwitcherbeliakin and enjoy the donuts!

I had my first gluten free latkes Wednesday night because new guy's mom has celiac disease. But, yes, I was introduced to new guy's mom (and sister and brother-in-law) and new guy says they love me. Yes, this is a very happy Chanukah for me and I wish the same for all my fellow rj's who are increasing the light during these eight joyful nights.
