Why is it so easy to let yourself go once you're in a serious relationship? And why is it so difficult to get back into the swing of things, even for those of us who used to have a pretty good regimen beforehand?

Between a break-up and a lay-off, I've put on a good 10-15 pounds that I need off, stat! Been hard getting a jump-start on things, so I'm coming to my favorite group of guys for some inspiration. Normally I'm a runner, but I'm looking to switch things up a little. What are your favorite workouts? What are your favorite workout songs? What gets you pumped up?

Looking forward to sharing some nude new photos in about a month! icon_wink.gif

High weight low volume compound exercises
Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus or any 90s dance
Getting angry about people who have crossed me
Now don't forget to deliver on those photos icon_razz.gif

    LOL wrecking ball...

Awww cheer up. Get back in shape and show him what he's missing.
I usually type in "work out music" and Soundcloud gives me some of that club/gym music that is very similar to gay club music but that is somehow ok to listen to, cause you're working out.

And no more ben & jerry's! Get some of that low fat ice cream.
I wish we had low fat ice cream in France...

I've been listening to Jessie J at the gym lately.

I suggest just lifting. Gets the most stress out of me between pushing my body to its limits and then taking that small break to build my strength to lift more.
