Post your favorite underrated musicians, any genre, past and present. And maybe talk about why you like them.

It would be great if you could also post a YouTube link. But I know most of you will ignore this and will embeded a 1080p HD 3D 4K IMAX Ultrawide video that will make everyone's web browsers crash. icon_lol.gif

They were kind of cross between grunge, punk, and shoegazing. Not really sure why they didn't hit it big. I suspect the music was too "heavy" and didn't have commercial appeal. But they had two decent albums and then kinda went away.

    Living Colour.

Well known for "Cult Of Personality". I think they were way ahead of their time. All black crossover alternative rock band was unheard of in the 80s. They probably would have had more success if they came up in the early/mid 90s, when that type of music was starting to catch on from other bands.

Alison Goldfrapp. I'm amazed that she isn't better known. Girly YaYa has been ripping off her act for years.

Mazzy Star. I remember a lot of critics knocked them back in the day, but now people realize what a great, original band they are.

The Cardigans. They were unfairly written off stateside as a novelty act. Their music is actually quite dark and deep.
