my mom told me I did this when I was a kid but I don't remember any of it, to this day even, with cameras everywhere, you can catch people in the act. I don't sleep walk anymore as an adult but there seems to be many examples of adults doing this on a regular basis. If I do get up in the middle of the night, I am consciously going to the fridge to get a drink or go to the bathroom and I remember it. It is a myth to wake a sleep walker. Its really creepy to watch these.

Are you, have you been a sleep walker, somebody see you?

Hilarious, especially the last one. And dangerous.

I had a few occasions of sleep walking when a teenager, including coming downstairs late one night when only my father was up. Apparently, I sat down and proceeded to watch television, and even comment on the programme, until my father suggested I go back to bed; which I obediently did! There were several others, all wandering around the house, but never trying to leave it.
These examples all occurred during times of unhappiness and stopped when I began to come out in my later teenage years.
Following the death of my mother in 2002, I experienced something similar with semi-conscious 'wanderings', long sleep talks, vivid dreams, and generally disturbed sleep. Once I did find myself trying to exit the bedroom through the wall during a dream!
