    I don't recommend this but for a quick fix you can go on low-carb diet. I mean really low to induce ketosis which will trigger the kidney to go utilize copious amount of water

    Don't eat carbs. Deplete glycogen stores (which cary water). You will deflate slightly.

    Most of the boxers do these two things when there about to fight and they need to drop water weight. It is unhealthy but it is common.

    1.) Water pills
    2.) Eat nothing but sweet potatoes for I think 2 days.

    Drink nothing BUT water and loads of it... sounds ironic but it flushes out your system. Also low sodium is important here.
    On top of that def drop the creatine immediately, and eat super low carbs the whole week.
    Careful not to over do it with cardio since you're already dehydrating yourself.
