I hate cardio A LOT .. all my resuls have been solely through weight training and diet restrictions.. but I'm still not where I wanna be..I have decent muscle for now but want more definition (planning a cruise and refuse to look bad in my Speedo ) so should I put the bulking back on hold and do insanity to shred up a little more before my cruise?

And I lift weight 5-6 Times a week , I plan on keeping that routine to maintain muscle

I thought Crossfit and Insanity were supposed to be performed instead of lifting and to do both would be counterproductive. Unless I'm mistaken.

Insanity is heavy cardio and will pull weight off of you. It should help to shred you up. If you do it then the weights will need to take a break. I also would be careful when doing it. IT is very hard on your knees.
