Real jock 12 weeks

    I want to start a new routine, focused gaining muscle, is the realjock 12 weeks routine good? Expierences?

    I did the muscle building program. I'm doing it again, but this time with more protein and food. Apparently under 2000 calories wasn't enough.
    So eat well, avoid alcohol, and do not skip the cardio.

    Exactly why shouldn't he skip the cardio? Maybe if you skipped the cardio, the calories you were eating could have been used better? You're only twenty dude, you really dont need to be doing cardio if you're going for size, hypertrophy > strength.

    That's the dumbest thing I've read on here so far.
