So I pulled the trigger and bought the Insanity DVD set, only in week one and was wondering if any of you guy's have used it and with what type of results, I know it might be a bit late in asking but needed to do something as I was losing momentum with my other training.

I did the program for about three weeks, and by then my knees were hurting so much (even when not exercising) that I decided it was better to stop and never go back again.

My cardio improved a lot in that time span though, so if you have solid joints/back, go ahead.

I have you used it and somewhat enjoyed it,got Super defined Abs and Cardio improved alot (even though at times I was struggling )but the only Problem I had was with the actual DVD"S since I had bought them online ,most of them wouldn't play and there was no way of exchanging them since it wasn't from the actual Insanity workout website

Shaun T and his husband are quite hott (even though his not featured in the workout programs )

but i loved how challenging the workout was but shame it had to end so soon for me

I did the Insanity last summer. I had a difficult time keeping up but I got leaner etc. I plan to do the Focus T-25 next summer.

I did insanity for a bit. It was ok. I effed my knee up doing the side-stepping thing though. It's a decent program, especially for something that doesn't require weights, but it gets kinda repetitive as you have to re-watch the videos over and over for each of the different days.

I tried Insanity last year. I thought it gave me a good cardio work-out when my schedule didn't afford me a lot of time to get to the gym, and it worked some muscles in my legs that had been underused. Given that it's high impact, I'd urge caution if you have knee problems.

I have just started the program again. So far so good. I have done it in the past and I think it great. It isn't very time consuming and you get out of it what you put into it. Remaining consistent is key with this just like anything else!!

I did the full nine weeks a while back. I definitely got leaner even without watching the diet. I felt I lost some muscle mass though. That was the major negative for me. But I got some nice definition. Definitely felt I had more endurance at the end of the program.

I just started the Insanity program with a friend and we do it in the mornings before work. I am loving it so far. Yeah it can be kind of crazy but if you keep good form you won't have to worry about injury.

I am thinking of buying it too. I am working more these days and when I get out of work, going to the gym, then home, just doesn't work. I have found that coming home and working out if far easier.

if you are really looking tone, it's really good. My partner did it and really saw great results.
I find it for me and my build a bit too much jumping which makes it tough on knees.
