*** pain in chest/heart side when taking a deep breath

I noticed that like over a few weeks almost each time when I when I want to take a very deep long breath, I fell sort of pain pain or limitation in chest only above nipple heart side.

Not sure what it can be if it was a heart i would get pain without this movement of taking a very deep breath

I exercise chest shoulders and arms every 3rd day for 8o minutes with breaks

Is there a reason you are not seeking medical attention, as you should be, or are old enough to know the difference in a what we call a "side stitch" or "runners pain" and that of real chest pain?
Being higher on the chest, as you describe, could be a lot of things and should have a CT done to determine--maybe you have a walnut tree growing in your lung.

Get it checked out with your doctor, it's always a good idea to get chest pain checked out.

Doesn't sound like anything heart-related to me, but I'm not a doctor, and I don't even play one on TV. But if you really think it might be heart-related, you should ask a doc instead of RJ.

You should get it checked out.

Are you stressed? If it is not an emergency and you think it might be stress related, try some meditation and see if that helps:

Can you take in a slow deep full breath and exhale without it hurting?

it can not be heart attach

i get that chest pain only when i take a very deep breath
It started a month a ago and its still on, no problems only when I take a very deep breath there is like pressing in my chest nipple area on heart side, maybe its related to stretched shoulder/arm as few weeks before I stretched shoulder arm badly trying to pull barbell back, but its a few weeks now

I've had that as well. It might also be some irritation in the stomach. One time I had some significant pain in that area and went to the ER; turned out to be heartburn (ever wonder why it's called heartburn?). My poor insurance company (that's sarcasm) was billed over $8,000. Yowza.

wont be a heart attack, but could be a pulmonary embolism, which is just as bad,if its been going on for a while, go to your doctor so he can run the screening questions, could also be pleuritis, probably you pulled an intercostal muscle. Too many questions to consult you from here, but your own doctor will be able to xxx
