Did any of you have an imaginary friend or a story like these to share?

I vaguely remember having one when I was preschool age. That was a long time ago so I don't remember any details.

Aristoshark saidMy son had one when he was about two and a half. He gave him a name that he made up. I use that word for all my passwords now because he doesn't remember it, his mom (who would) is dead, and so no one knows this word except me.

I take the imaginary friend was not creepy like the ones in the article.

No, he was the scapegoat. If something got broken or left cookie crumbs on the sofa, my son would say that his friend had done it.

The quintessential lawyer to-be, even then.

I'm told I had an invisible pet alligator when I was a toddler. My grandfather thought I was nuts.

I always thought only children in movies and tv had imaginary friends lol. I never had one and I nobody I ever knew had any that I knew of. I don't think it's crazy to have one though. I know that children are very spiritual and sensitive to spirit so I don't doubt that they can see things like that.

Um, yeah that's disturbing... kinda funny though in a twisted way icon_lol.gif

I only had an imaginary friend for one day because I forced myself to make one LoL. It was after watching 'Arthur', you know how D.W. had her imaginary friend "Nadine"... yeah lol. The only thing I remember about my imaginary friend was that I used him as an excuse to eat nearly an entire box of these delicious mini chocolate chip cookies icon_razz.gif Then I started feeling bad for my teddy bear that I carried with me everywhere, like I was betraying him over this new friend hahaha so I had to let the imaginary dude go xD
