I've tried flats on the past, at both a 38 and 36" waist, and I couldn't find any that fit and looked decent. Now I'm in 34's and have found Perry Ellis, Dockers and Calvin Kleins that look good.

I don't really have a way of posting a pic right now. I'm in a hotel in Indianapolis.

Of course, I don't really have an ass right now either.

Tim, were your pleatless pants tailored and attended by midgets? I've never known the pleasure of pushing up their stools while they took my measurements. Had to be hot.

I still see slim guys who wear pleated pants, so you're ahead of the curve. Congrats on your hard-fought battle!

Good for you! It makes a difference. I'm looking forward to buying more new pants. No more pleats, ever!

So funny. I thought i was the only one that discriminates based on pleated pants. It is indicative of more than just waist size.

    much thanks,

honestly, flatfront pants aren't for every body type.

It does feel a bit odd to look in the mirror and see a bulge. My pleated were always loose there.

After two years waiting I'm now seeing Oxford Bags, and double-pleated no less. Yahoo! Sorry guys, but flat-fronts are officially out.
So confusing... I wish they'd bring back the loincloth.

I always say wear what makes you look best.

On tall thin men like myself, pleats mimic buddha belly. So I stick with flat front only.
