weight lose in certain side

    i have been losing weight for a time now, i was 90 kg (198 lbs) and now 74 kg (163 lbs), i am 1.66 m . and i have to be 65 kg (143 lbs). the thing is, i am losing from the upper body side, and my lower not much. although, i jog for 30 minutes, 3.4 km . but i sweat from my upper body side mostly. any reason why ? and what should i do ?

    well one reason is that fat loss is not specific and will go from where you need it
    Running will also not stimulate muscle retention in the upper body

    If you are on a calorie deficit you need to work those muscles hard to retain them as you are simply not providing them the calories to be maintained either through training calorie deficit or diet deficit
