i have been losing weight for a time now, i was 90 kg (198 lbs) and now 74 kg (163 lbs), i am 1.66 m . and i have to be 65 kg (143 lbs). the thing is, i am losing from the upper body side, and my lower not much. although, i jog for 30 minutes, 3.4 km . but i sweat from my upper body side mostly. any reason why ? and what should i do ?
