    I think you're over-training your biceps.

My joke should have been written better.
Of course, it's your leg day if you're training hard!
You must now do what we all do at the gym.
Keep doing your leg exercises but go very light for a few weeks for rehabilitation purposes.
Then, as SOON as it feels a little better, go heavy again and damage it even worse.
(I'm being perfectly serious now. That's the stupid thing we all do.)

Sounds like arthritis. Did you do a lot of sports. I see a hip replacement in your future!

Work massage and stretching into your workout regimen.

Go to the Dr - it might be treatable before you pop the shit out of it icon_eek.gif

With the limited info you have given, it could be an IT band issue. Try stretching and use a foam roller to loosen it up. Even if it is not an IT band issue, those two things won't hurt you or make it worse.

If it hurts at one particular point, ice it, and take it easy on that leg for a couple days.

Go to the doctor is the best advice on here. Chances are it is nothing major and can be easily remedied. However, self-diagnosis (or using the opinions of those who are not medically trained) can be dangerous.

I had what I thought was bursitis in my left hip and talked my doctor into that diagnosis. After 3+ months of trying to tough it out, I had an MRI only to find out the top part of femur had totally collapsed and I had a total hip replacement.

I couldn't understand that nonsensical comment.

Agreed. 24 is a little young to be getting "loud popping, hurting when [you] walk" and could be serious. Or become serious if you ignore it.
