I was wondering if I could get some feedback from those more experienced on what i'm gonna buy. icon_smile.gif

My goal is to lower my fat %, increase my core muscle, and tighen up my skin in my stomach area.

I currently go to the gym 5x a week and do 32 minutes of cardio daily and mostly core exercises to tone my stomach (bicycle crunches, Jack knife sit ups e.t.c.). I eat a healthy breakfast every day and do not eat heavy after 8 pm. I usually consume about 1200 calories a day with two cheat days a week.

I have lost about 8" and approximately 65 lbs in the past couple of years but around september I really wanted to get a 6 pack. so I have been going religously to the gym since early october and I am starting to see some definition on the top of my abs.

    So onto the stack!

I currently use Cellucor HD pills with the GNC Total Lean Lean Shakes (premixed)

I want to add Infinite Labs Final Form Advanced Metabolic Optimizer (for CLA, L-Carnatine and Ketones), MusclePharm BCAA 3:1:2 for my post workout, and Top Secret Nutrition Hair, Skin & Nails for extra vitamin A, E, and Zinc to tighten my skin.

I've done a bit of research and I am confident that this stack will get me to my goal, but I am very inexperienced as far as supplements go. Is there anything I am missing? anything I do not need?

P.s. Sorry for the long post! I know I ramble a bit but I wanted to be thorough. icon_redface.gif

If you eat only 1200 calories a day, you are below your basil metabolic rate (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/). Your body and brain do not have enough energy to function correctly at that intake.

You don't need any of those supplements. Eat real food instead, and more of it.

I agree with the real food. Supplements won't do anything if you don't have the basics down.

Regarding supps, I'm a fan of Examine.com, which collects and summarizes peer reviewed research on various supplements. This eliminates the marketing mumbo jumbo products throw at you and get to the real science of things. Plus, I find it cheaper to buy the ingredients myself instead of proprietary blends because you know what you're getting.
