    Hey fellas,

Just curious to see what shows everyone's watching lately. For some reason I find myself watching/loving Fraiser. Love me some 90's television!

Frasier is great but since I like all the artsy stuff that he does, it rubs me the wrong way sometimes because I don't act all hoity toity like that.
(I'm having deja vu. Didn't I post that once before?)
I surprised myself when I realized I like Bob's Burgers better than Family Guy. That cartoon can be so profound.

My all-time favorite is the Mary Tyler Moore Show. Last month I bought the entire series of Peyton Place on DVD, and I am hooked.

Hannibal is ground-breaking television. It doesn't even look or feel like a TV show. It's cinematic. It has the weirdest, most disturbing imagery you'll find in primetime. This is a very different Lecter too: young, charming, accessible, fit, tailored, frighteningly agile when provoked, wise, alienly beautiful. You would want this man to be your shrink, and you would want to tell him everything.

You might like Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. Funny, but in a sort of surreal way.

Read the comments below on Amazon if you've never heard of it.

I love that show! The Lifetime Channel used to show it years back, and Sony put out a single DVD release about seven years ago. I'm tired of watching the same 26 episodes over and over, and can't wait to pick up the complete series. I did catch a segment posted to Youtube where Mary has a breakdown on The David Susskind Show. Pure genius!

Not all are still running but they're excellent, nonetheless:

Breaking Bad (gone but not forgotten)
Homeland (I'm too cheap to pay for cable, so I eagerly await the third season)
Top of the Lake (molto scuro)
    Enlightened (Laura Dern as a self-righteous and self-absorbed whistle-blower)
Orange Is The New Black (surprised me)
    Rita (Denmark—excellent)
Girls (produced, written, and directed by the brilliant Lena Dunham)

    Hi fellas.

I have just finished watching the three part drama series "Don't Ever Wipe Tears Without Gloves".

Don't Ever Wipe Tears Without Gloves (Swedish: Torka aldrig tårar utan handskar) is an award winning Swedish TV drama about the impact of AIDS in the gay community in the 1980s. The BBC had bought the series and the first episode was aired on 2 December 2013 to mark World AIDS Day.

If it ventures over to the USA, I really recommend you watching it. It is very moving and sad.
