I strongly feel as long as you can wrestle, you will always be young! I have been training in Jiu-Jitsu submission wrestling for a number if years. I have earned my blue belt and can submit and tap out any punk 18, 19 or 20 something years old who thinks I am too old to wrestle. I am 44. Wrestling and training a few days every week is so good for you. So to all of those half my age who think I am too old to win, let's roll! I am a winner already so ate you if you train, eat right And wrestle. Wrestling helps to keep you young, what do you think?

I've seen profiles of some really jacked "old dudes" (late 50s thru 60s) who are still wrestling fetishists that traveled with their own mats but have had to give up wrestling because of injuries they sustained in the sport. Though they haven't given up lifting or, clearly, trt.

I'm 43 and can hold my own on the mat. But I also realize that I'm not 20 any more, and need to thoroughly warm up before rolling to avoid injury. I consider myself lucky that I have always been able to lead an active lifestyle, and look forward to many more years of enjoying physical activity.

That is sad that they had to give up wrestling. But on facebook, I have seen a 92 year old Jiu-jitsu wrestler, he is a blue belt and still wrestling! I am happy to see that. Can I buddy list you? I like to buddy list anyone who likes to wrstle or at least share similar interests...
