I am looking for recommendations based on experience using natural remedies (supplements) for erectile dysfunction (ED) rather than using prescribed medications that usually have nasty side effects. I've read that I need to look for products with L-arginine in it to boost blood flow volumization.

NOTE: experiencing early signs of ED. I'm healthy, fit, and typically don't drink before sex. I'm realizing its my age and I need help to keep it up throughout the duration. It's embarrassing and I need help to sustain my erection during sexual intimacy as I prefer to top, but end up bottoming because I can't penetrate a tight hole with a tepid erection.

I've also been reading that signs of ED may be a precursor to other blow flow related issues such as high cholesterol or high blood pressure problems. My cholesterol and BP are all currently within the normal ranges.

    Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

According to experts, ED is gods way of telling you to stop having sex. Listen to god.

I don't have any personal experience but as a healthcare professional I can say red (Korean) ginseng and L-arginine have clinical trials supporting their effectiveness. They're both rather safe and can be taken together to maximize benefits (they work in different ways so can be synergistic in combo).

Also, general exercise has been shown to significantly improve ED. As you mentioned, it can be related to so other medical conditions like cardiovascular disease and diabetes. If you haven't recently, it would also be a good idea to see a healthcare provider for a general physical and get your cholesterol and BP checked.

Also, make sure you're keeping yourself and your sex partner safe (not that you aren't). Men who experience ED are less likely to use condoms for obvious reasons. "Female" condoms or ones the bottom would insert can be another alternative if that's an issue.

Best of luck and happy humping!
