I've been training waterpolo for some time now, play for my university, and would like to work on my body shape a bit more. I was just wondering whether it's a good idea to use some diet supplements (all that kinda muscle boosters stuff magic). I dont go to the gym that often, cause i have waterpolo sessions 3-4 times a week, and simply dont have time for it. Do you recon using different kind of supplements to define my shape a bit more is actually possible with just swimming sessions. I do not want to be "pumped up", simply because i dont want to lose me speed, i just want to be slightly bigger.
