I'm not sure what you are trying to do. If you want to gain lean muscle (it looks like it from that workout), then you can continue with that and up your calories.

Lean gaining is a very slow process. If you have the discipline for it, great.

If you're looking to gain mass faster, then you need to eat a lot more, cut down on the cardio and head toward a workout with more compound lifts.

The Stoppani workout looks pretty solid to me.

I agree with the other poster to cut down your hour cardio session. Do more of a HIIT type cardio workout for 20-30 minutes.

You can do this with varying speed and incline on the treadmill, a boxing conditioning workout, HIIT bodyweight circuit; or mix up the cardio (5 min run, 5 min jump rope, 5 min boxing, 5 min stepper).

And focus on some heavier weights but FEEL each contraction. Slow down the pace a bit and challenge your muscles.

Finally…diet. Make sure you got that squared away. You look like you are well on your way. Just my two cents.

If your more advanced for should try John meadows Mountain Dog training. Its very will thought out program that hits hypertrophy from every angle, and each time is different and exercises are unique, so it doesn't get boring like some plans

I did Stoppani's Shortcut to Size and noticed that my chest wasn't growing at all on it and got bored after week 8, not sure about Shortcut to Shred. I just recently finished the Derek Charlebois Bulking Trainer (link http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/12-week-daily-bulking-trainer.htm ) and liked it a lot.
