i kept up my gym routine and running... but made home made pizza including dough (shared with friend), made home made lemon cake, lemon ricotta cookies, mickey mouse gingerbread men (those three though were mostly for friends and parties) on xmas had deep dish/pan pizza from BJ Brewhouse here in LA... so oily and good... (used to have 5 or 6 alices but just had 2 this time... i call that progress) plus a neighbor gave me a slice of 5 layer chocolate cake with cream and strawberries in the center and topped with fudge like chocolate icing... from Sweet Lady Janes a fancyish cake place here

oh and xmas eve at midnight grabbed a brownie sundae with a buddy...

i definitely felt the effects but was a fun few days...

I would prefer not to talk about it, that way I can pretend it didn't happen. Let's just say I have been working on my "before" pic.

So much candy - typically peanut butter covered in chocolate in Christmas tree shape...

    And I don't regret a damn thing!

I haven't eaten anything healthy in the past 96 hours!

And I haven't stopped either. I have enough junk in the house to last until the diet starts on January 6.

Some Filipino desserts: Bibingka, Bico, Leche flan, and Mochiko. Honestly, I don't care. I mostly eat my mom's home cooking, I consider it healthier than most prepared foods that are bought outside of home.

The tastiest, bad thing I had was a peppermint and dark chocolate covered candy cane flavored Oreo.

Pumpkin Pie + Apple Pie + Vanilla Ice cream = SEX (or close to it).

    I think I'll have some now! ;-)

Didn't visit family this Christmas so there weren't too many temptations. Only thing I had out of the ordinary was spinach dip, dry salami and crackers. Also some Belgian chocolate from whole foods

Oh God,, where do I even start to confess my caloric sins?
How about with Baci, Ferrari Rochere, Lindt, holiday cookies, Popcorn covered in sin and nuts. Stollen Bread, Pistachio covered Toffee, Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Nog *Spiked to the hilt*, neighbors goodies dropped off on a plate... and a ton more shit I can't remember.
Somehow I'm passing 95% percent of it.
I still have to head to Tulsa tomorrow and do Christmas all over again with my family still.
I'll be ready for my Sugar Coma by Monday.
TG I'm off next week to recover before the 6th!

I had some soda over the weekend and then some ice cream last night. I was so good I want to puke. One of the advantages of not celebrating Xmas.

While my brother and I were out driving around town during the holiday, we stopped in this old Kentucky country barbecue store. I ordered a BBQ baked potato, stuffed with butter, pulled BBQ pork, then smothered with grated cheddar cheese and topped with those fake bacon bits mad of soy. SO GOOD

Oh God, don't get me started. Thank God the leftovers are almost gone!

Ravioli with homemade meat sauce (Bolognese)
    Italian bread from the Bronx
with butter, or made into garlic bread
    Baby lamb chops
    Chocolate Torte
    Homemade crumb cake
    Whipped cream

I forgot to sample what's in the liquor cabinet, especially my Anisette and Gran Marinier

    Twelve swimmers swimming
    Eleven ladies tanning
    Ten kids a-splashing
    Nine lifeguards guarding
    Eight vendors vending
    Seven lubbers sailing
    Six eels-a-wriggling
    Five tanned Douchebags!
    Four stupid teens
    Three fat men
    Two pregnant broads
And some plankton in the deep blue sea.
