    I want to survive the Zombie Apocalypse!

    Seriously, while on my knees, I want to be able to lift a 180lb weighted companion cube from a bed while bending at the waist.

    Seriously, I want to strengthen my back muscles. I don't ever want to "throw my back out". Especially if I ever find somebody to "throw down" with again.
