    Tell *any* guy at the gym he's improving.
    They will always believe it. Why? Because were all desperate to improve.
    I remember that I was in the locker room a few years ago when one guy who I didn't know went up to another guy I didn't know and said "Wow, you're looking good."
    The second guy lit up and said "Really?"
    The first guy said "No, not really. I just had somebody say that to me so I thought I'd say it to you."
    Lordie, what a dick.
    When the first guy left I turned to the second guy and said "Was that a friend of yours? You seem like you're in good shape to me."
    The guy actually wasn't in especially good shape but I wanted to say something nice.
    Again, he had no problem believing it.
