    Hi there!

I've been training waterpolo for some time now, play for my university, and would like to work on my body shape a bit more. I was just wondering whether it's a good idea to use some diet supplements (all that kinda muscle boosters stuff magic). I dont go to the gym that often, cause i have waterpolo sessions 3-4 times a week, and simply dont have time for it. Do you recon using different kind of supplements to define my shape a bit more is actually possible with just swimming sessions. I do not want to be "pumped up", simply because i dont want to lose me speed, i just want to be slightly bigger.

    many thanks,
    max'

I would try glutamine. It will help your muscles recover after strenuous activity and may add some definition to them without "bulk"...other than that...look at your caloric intake and do you have the proper proportion of protein? You look great to me though!!!
