Is there such a thing? I'm ready to start working to complete my diamond shape but all I have are dumb bells. Are there any back exercises that I can do?

bent over dumbell rows
sissy squats (yes, pumpkin, that's what they're called)
Don't forget, a weight gym is the very best place to left weights unless you have a large trust fund and can build a fully equipped gym on your own.
