Is there such a thing? I'm ready to start working to complete my diamond shape but all I have are dumb bells. Are there any back exercises that I can do?

You can use the dumbbells for rows and pullovers. Also, if you have set that is heavy enough, using them for deadlifts can add some thickness to the back.

    Google on
    "back exercises with dumbbells."
That should give you a quick start.

    bent over dumbell rows
    dumbell pullovers
    deadlifts

    pullups
    bicep curls

sissy squats (yes, pumpkin, that's what they're called)

Don't forget, a weight gym is the very best place to left weights unless you have a large trust fund and can build a fully equipped gym on your own.
