Majority of Hong Kongers support some rights for gay couples

A new study published by Hong Kong’s Center for Comparative and Public Law has found that 74% of residents in the Chinese autonomous territory support some level of legal recognition for same-sex relationships – though support for same-sex marriage remains low

Hopefully support for same sex marriage will increase in Hong Kong but that will only happen through education and positive public images of gay couples.

Hong Kong will probably see legalised gay marriage a lot sooner than oppressive, homophobic places like Texas and Idaho.
