I've recently recovered from a hernia surgery & gained a layer of fat that I just can't seem to loose. Any one use fat burners such as Garcinia Cambogia..? Appreciate any and all suggestions for getting this fat off.

Ever since ephedra got banned, pretty much all the fat burner supplements don't work. I'd suggest focusing on diet and maybe a low impact cardio until you fully recover from the surgery.

Not true. Don't forget humble ol' caffeine! Better when stacked with ephedra and/or aspirin, but caffeine is a PROVEN, ubiquitous and cheap thermogenic that really works.

Agree. I buy caffeine pills, and it helps. But the ECA stack is truly missed by many. icon_sad.gif

Yep. ECA stacks really worked. When ephedra was banned, along came DMAA, the active ingredient in the old OxyElite Pro and Jack3d formulas:

That REALLY WORKED! But stupid people od'd and the FDA yanked it too last year.

You can still find ephedra and DMAA on line. I just can't tell you where. . .

I lost roughly forty pounds using an EC stack. Bronkaid is your friend.
