    Hey guys,
I'm centering my regiment around 4 main lifts (5/3/1 program):

Shoulder Press (or Military/ overhead press)
    Bench Press
    Deadlift
    Squat

I will be doing my main lifts every other day. During the off days I will be swimming and running for my cardio.

I'm looking for some good assistance and counter lifts/ pulls for my 4 main lifts on those days.

Also, when is good to work core? I'm thinking of adding core work at the end of every lift day.

My goals are for lean muscle strength for cardio endurance (for triathlon racing). Not body building. But would like to add a little bulk.

    You forgot pull ups.

    The big five is:
    Bench
    Pull up
    Military press
    Squats
    Deadlift

    5/3/1? How about 5 by 5?
