Just kinda interested of getting ripped but staying skinny and lean, I like your body and it is very impressive but personally I was going for something more skinny. Kind of like a skinny guy with reasonable amount of muscle. I have however noticed that with age it doesn't stay that way really, take David Beckham as an example he isnt really lean anymore he is more Buff than lean.

Like this guy, is there any possibility to remain skinny and muscular like that into your 40's?

Yes, but. The problem is that as you get older your skin loses its elasticity and sags. No matter how lean and tight your muscles are, they'll be under sagging skin. Even if it's somehow not sagging it'll have that crepe paper look with the tiny wrinkles. But fortunately as we get older we're less concerned about our appearance.

Somehow, I don't think Iggy will care. Anyway, he was always scrawny. Most old guys I know who suddenly become that scrawny... have cancer. Once you start pushing 70... there's probably nothing you can do about the wrinkles, (except don't do that many drugs). But then, you probably don't care any more by then either.

Honestly he had a banging body once upon a time, I don't mind spaghetti veins at 65 if I can have a skinny muscular body at 50.

Laugh! I'm probably the exemplar of lean and old on RJ. I posted this 3 years ago on RJ and it's still bears true today:

I think it's all about metabolism & body type, I'm nearly 40 but have a body shape of a skinny twink. I can eat what i want, when i want, so long as I train a little, I stay toned. It's very hard for me to "bulk up". In some ways it's good, if i have time off training, i get a little tiny gut, but two days into training again and it's gone. So it's good in the way i'll never have to battle fat but a shame i can't bulk up more as guys (and girls) in the "mainstream" seem to prefer muscle !!

Drinking water helps keep the skin tight, normal aging will still happen, but you can keep yourself looking well over time.

If you can't be respectful, Don't post, I've already posted two examples, other examples would be like Fransisco Lachowski.

    1. It's the Internet, don't cry about people being disrespectful (which I wasn't, learn to read between the lines)

    2. I don't see the stark contrast between these two body types. I don't get what you're on about.

I can see how ignoring people who question your goals would be beneficial to reaching them.
