Water is a great mixer. Why not?

Have never seen credible evidence that HGH supplements from the store actually raise HGH.

Testosterone boosters and HGH supplements that you buy at the store are bogus. Save your money for something else.

well because you need to make sure your absorbing it, but water won't spike your insulin. So I'm. Thinking protein shake then a piece of fruit ..or some fruit juice

For protein powder I always use water, but as some have said it doesn't taste that good. I've read that soy milk has estrogen mimicking properties, so stay away from it. You can go with 1% milk or almond milk if you are lactose intolerant.

HGH supplements really don't work and neither do testosterone supplements. Prohormones were good a few years back, but thanks to people like John MacCain it is a dead industry now.

There are still two good things out there that are easy to get. SARMS and peptides. Research Mk-2866 (Ostarine) and S-4 (Acetamidoxolutamide) for SARMS and research the GHRP-6, CJC-1295 (No DAC) and IGF-LR3 for peptides. SARMS are a good alternative to steroids and peptides are a good alternative to HGH. Peptides have to be injected subcutaneously with an insulin needle several times a day and require some minor chemistry as well as some complex rules and timing.

I was hitting a wall a couple of years ago and couldn't get my weight past the high 170's even with 4800 calories a day. I started using SARMS and peptides and bulked up to 212 in a few months and am now sitting at a constant 196-200.

You should also be using a good amino acid supplement, creatine, fish oil and a simple multivitamin.

THIS. Nothing you can get over the counter contains enough of either to really make any difference. They DO contain HGH and Test, but not in amounts that would do anything for you. Only a doc (or a dodgy dealer) can supply you with injectable or oral doses high enough.

Unless things have changed in the supplement industry, there is no such thing as a human growth hormone that can be ingested orally that will survive the gastric juices and enzymes of your stomach in order to create the effect you want in terms of muscular gains and body fat loss. That is wishful, fantastical dreaming. The only way it can work is if you use insulin syringe needles and inject subcutaneously.

Insulin needles injected into the skin does not hurt one bit. I have had a horse flies cause me more pain when they bite me than an insulin needle that has a gauge as thin as a strand of hair.
thank god you told me that..almost blew
300$ on something that wouldn't have worked!

    I mix mine with lactaid..

I didn't even know HGH came in supplement form, but if it comes in any form other than injectable... it's not going to work.

I believe the real stuff is also ridiculously expensive, and you might grow some external growth plates on your forehead icon_razz.gif

Good point here. The thing that makes everyone like HGH is that it causes cell division. The purpose for HGH is to make our body's grow and once you get passed a certain age it stops creating new muscle cells. HGH causes ALL cells to divide which is why heavy HGH users have those big, round bellies. Their intestines actually grow more tissue.

Where do you get SARMS and peptides? And are they safe?

ScruffypupWhere do you get SARMS and peptides? And are they safe?

    http://purchasepeptides.com/
    http://www.sarmssearch.com/ or http://www.sarms1.com/

Uniquemicals.com is another source for SARMS, but there is a reason they are the cheapest out there and they have no concept of customer service. SarmsSeach is better.

GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 make you freaking hungry in about 10 minutes, but you have to wait 30 before you eat. IGF-LR3 will cause increases tissue growth if you use it for too long, but as long as you cycle it at 3 months then you'll be fine.

S-4 causes your vision to not be able to adjust from bright light to dark as well. I noticed after a few days that going from a bright day into my apartment took a little longer for my eyes to adjust, but at 50mg per day it isn't that bad in my opinion. At the max dose of 75mg it is more annoying which is why you take it 5 days on and then 2 days off. 75mg will also cause night vision problems, you'll be very sensitive to bright light and sometimes you'll see little spots in your vision, but they go away once you stop.

Mk-2866 doesn't have any sides at 25mg - 50mg per day, but causes a small amount of shutdown if you take for too long. A minor PCT of clomid is usually a good idea. Get that at http://www.ar-r.com/featured-products/clomi-70ml-35mg-ml.html

It is unlikely you will choose to stay on these supplements for the rest of your life. What happens when you stop using them? Will you retain some of the gain, or return to 170?

I stopped using them for 8 months and retained most of my gains. It isn't like steroids where you get muscular and then lose it all and get fat after you stop. Like I said, I bulked up to 212 pounds and then balanced out to 196-200 when I stopped. I kept 20 pounds. I contribute the loss of the 12 or so pounds because I stopped eating so much. The peptides make you real hungry and I was getting up in the middle of the night to eat a full meal.

No more Clomid for me. I started taking that shit and after a couple of months I started having ocular migraines. Bright flashing lights would appear directly in front of me. My doctor looked it up and that was one of the possible side effects. Scared me to death. Thought I was going blind!

lol. What about Tamox (Nolva)? It is also good for PCT and I use it with Clomid when I need serious PCT. Nolva does kill my libido and makes me depressed, though. I have a stressful job and anytime I take that shit I start biting the heads off of my techs.

If you're bulking and need extra calories/protein, then mix with skim or 1% milk or, if lactose intolerant, almond milk. Don't use soy milk because of estrogenic effects. If cutting, mix with water.

Oral HGH supps are indeed worthless. The real stuff is by scrip only, must be injected sub-cu, and is insanely expensive, but it's DA BOMB. Just ask A-Rod.
