So, I just started a trampoline class at a local circus school... and it's a total blast!

Anyone else into the circus? What are you learning?

I've dated a few circus performers. Does that count as having an interest?

Fire breathing is always impressive and really easy.
Here's a link to learn how to do it safely.

I did an acrobatics class 2 summers ago and I'm still using what I've learned in yoga. My handstands are getting stronger and I'm hoping to get back into this coming summer again.

So many different responses, very cool! Even then silly ones. XD

Fire breathing and poi also look interesting, although I'm not sure what's to learn that, but I'm sure it can be found in Seattle.

Ethrim, I just started at SANCA and so far it's been great.

I used to take flying trapeze classes at the Toronto School of Circus Arts -- it was a lot of fun, but is definitely hard. Mind you with my proportions I never looked like a graceful creature. I had to give it up because I was really rough on my shoulders, and then when that got better, I had some knee problems. It seemed I had weak glutes (muscles used when swinging), and to compensate I was using my I-T bands...and in turn they got very tight, and were pulling my kneecaps out of alignment. It took about 6 months of physio to fix that.

Having said that I would love to go back and give it another try.
