Higher power, Supreme being, personal gods, etc.

Generally when I hear people talk about their ideas about god, they often revert to the nebulous concepts of a higher power or supreme being. This seems too vague for me. Does anyone else think so?
Whenever I think about gods, I understand them more as discreet entities, with a personality, and frankly, most of the time I don't think they care too much about us mortals.

Study Chinese, Western, Vedic, and Locational Astrology.

We have Emperor Constantine's Invincible Sun (Sol Invictus) and the Cabinet Members of actual and derived objects of the Solar System (Vedic astrologers know them as planetary deities).

Saturn, Venus, Neptune "have personality." Followers of Vedic Astrology believe they do care about us mortals to the extent that they perform ceremonies for the various planetary deities.

I do see what you are saying. As a Pagan I do find individual entities more interesting and personal. However, these beings are not all knowing or all powerful. I also agree that they may or may not be interested in us. I think that there is some vague ultimate reality that is above all such things, It's just too big an nebulous to wrap my human brain around. On top of that I believe that each person has their own inner divinity so we are in a sense Gods. Every man and woman is a star as Crowley says. At the moment my inner divinity is what is most important to me at this time in my life. I hope that made some sense, I may have just confused myself lol.

God is all of our good qualities. It is served as a framework in our existence(s).

God/ Jesus was a living parable, played 'by human' working out in our behalf.

    We live this play everyday.

You are not your corporal body, you are your soul in living flesh, as you see it.

Whoever worships a God, he/she is worshiping all the good qualities of humanity. Themselves. We don't live in a dream, this is just a framework that it works for us. It was supposed to be that way.
