I am no fan of Bush but I dont think throwing stuff at the president of the US is right.

But aside from the propriety of the act, it really backfires by making Bush a sympathetic figure. Now he will leave office with some sympathy. People of both parties will have to rally around him just cuz he is president.

I know that it's the ultimate insult to throw ones shoes at someone in Abrabic countries
a gesture well deserved by this Piece of Sh*t man
He's killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqi's
ignited a holy war that's going to simmer for generations
and displaced half the country and basically made the government ineffective to protect its people

I loved the way he tried to shrug it off
and say that it doesn't really mean anything
It means plenty Sir ... you're a loser
and you always will be one

If the few posts in this forum are any indication, I don't think he will have much sympathy from people as he preps to leave office. Damn, if only that shoe had connected-maybe it would've knocked some common sense into that dome of his. A person can't do bad and expect good things to happen - life doesn't work like that.

I hope they were worn out, tired, smelly old shoes and I hope he's got a few more pair and better aim for next time.

having a couple shoes thrown at him is not going to turn the worst terrorist of our time into a sympathetic figure.

what's especially funny was after how Bush was saying he didn't know what this guy's "cause or issue was". What the fuck do you think his issue was, George? What a goddamn idiot that man is.

Well, indeed that man would not have had such freedom of expression under Saddam.
