Body Definition and Shaping

    I'm new here, and looking for some training tips.

    I want to build more muscle in the deltoids, chest and abs.
    What is the best training methods for this?
    I'm curious at what weight I should be starting out at, and how many reps I should be doing to achieve it sooner rather than later.

    Also, want are some good glute toning exercises?

    The weigh all depends on your abilities. Typically to gain size / mass you would do reps with a higher weight and to just tone / define more reps with lower weight.

    Using cables or free weights makes you use your stabilizing muscles as well while performing the excersize. For chest do flat chest press, incline press, decline press, pec fly. To gain size do fewer reps 7-10 with a higher weight.

    Abs - there was just a forum post on abs. Delts you should be working the entire shoulder.
