    I think they should. Centralisation of power is something to AVOID. As much as I think Obama is bad for America, I agree with him on this one.

    Troll seems to be a favorite word here when someone on the intolerant left disagrees with someone else. Is the word "troll" supposed to have some kind of power? Am I supposed to cry now that you called me a "Right Wing troll" or something? What is the purpose of your post? It certainly wasn't on topic and was simply an attack on another member of this website.

    So Obama didn't evolve to the position that the states should decide on their own?
