I still like the idea of youtubing marriage for gay people which I think helps normalize our relationships in the collective consciousness dominated by heterosexuality but I am getting a little tired of all the manual, magic marker tweets.
On the one hand, what we read we can hear to a degree in our own voice--though doesn't that account for some miscommunication--but texting is not voice even when we write how we speak. It seemed clever at first, a throw back to silent movies at a time of internet connectivity but I'm ready for the next innovation. And maybe a new theme song by then too. This one they just used has already been used up.
But the production value of the traffic was a nice, original touch. Gave a kind of tension when she was dancing off the curb, no doubt purposely foreshadowing dangers inherent to commitment.
