Is it personality? Look? Money? Body? Clothing? His background? He can play a guitar? Intellect? What is it? Please discuss.

Looks and personality, when those come together good, it's irresistible.

for me it has always been the way he grins at me--throw in a set of dimples and I'm nearly speechless.

I wish I knew. In my experience I'm repulsive to both genders.

Haha Homosuperior's looks, Somersault's wit, and HottJoe's sweetness would make a pretty irresistible man.

Actually my answer is a guy that is willing to put me first and I am willing to put him/her first as well. The health and strength of the relationship becomes the priority.

Being 100% honest I've never bottomed. It's my own issues -- I feel like a guy would be taking something from me that he doesn't deserve. As I said, it's my own odd issues regarding that aspect of sex. I have a beautiful rear too.

As far as a life long companion I feel women tend to do well in that department.

OMG I can't stop laughing. It's a partnership you're supposed to care about each other. Seriously, I dated a guy for a brief period; I can't deal with guys that call all the shots -- without even asking for an opinion icon_rolleyes.gif

I just don't think relationships where your boyfriend is an afterthought is healthy. The reason two people are together is to enjoy each others company and have each others back, in my humble opinion.
