"I am a conservative Republican and I believe in God first," [Illinois candidate for the US House of Representatives] Atanus said. She said she believes God controls the weather and has put tornadoes and diseases such as autism and dementia on earth as punishment for gay rights and legalized abortions.

"God is angry. We are provoking him with abortions and same-sex marriage and civil unions," she said. "Same-sex activity is going to increase AIDS. If it's in our military it will weaken our military. We need to respect God."

Conservative people of all religions should assemble at one place and be nuked , we'd see some improvement in humanity.

Always support Assad over takfiri Wahabi .

Western conservatives support Eastern conservatives , both have one motive - killing liberals then killing each other

See, that's because Republican Politicians are dumb, specifically, because they don't get that the sin of homosexuality is equal to that of every other sin, like shaving, hair cuts, blended fabrics, eating pork, diviorce, eating shellfish, not letting farmlands lie fallow one year out of seven - and all those sins are why God sends tornadoes to the bible belt, because all those "Christians" are committing ALL those sins.

Or like Dan Savage says "Jesus, who didn't have shit to say about two dudes rubbing their dicks together was down on divorce".

If I were god I'd turn that bitch into a pilar of salt - 'Cause just like Lot's wife, she's busy looking at the Sin because she doubts God is doing his Job.

Well, they're elected to these positions icon_razz.gif As much as I think it is unfounded insanity and I would rather them not have those opinions, what can we do?

Gotta move on and do what you can rather than talk about the death of Republicans.

Also, don't forget that I would say that this is a minority view, not a majority.

I say whore slap the bitch across the mouth for being insipidly stupid.

How about for being insipidly Republican? These idiots keep coming up with this stuff. Women "can shut down that whole thing" (conception) when they get raped. "Legitimate rape" as a legitimate term. And now, the other day the claim that Obamacare funding of available contraception is wrong because women "cannot control their libido".

I mean it just goes on and on, not a single isolated incident. It's endemic in the Republican psyche. These people are nuts, not just individual cases but their senior leadership saying this crap. You can't make this stuff up. icon_rolleyes.gif

That aside, we don't have tornadoes in India, but we still have gays(heejras) here. Hypothesis disproved *BANG*

That was Huckabee stating what he thought Democrats were really suggesting. It was not his position and it was clear if not taken out of context. You are spreading false information. Seems to be a pattern of yours.

These NARROW MINDED, BIBLE THUMPING SCREWBALLS just love to show their stupidity. This conservative woman makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Tornadoes and other violent weather phenomena have been occurring since the beginning of recorded time. It has nothing to do with gay marriage and abortion rights. I thin k it is time for a thorough purge of all NARROW MINDED, BIBLE THUMPING SCREWBALLS from the republican ranks. Otherwise the GOP is in very serious trouble. I don't want the US to become a one political party state that is for sure. We need competing ideas in American governance.

How are you gonna feel IF in November the voters decide that Republicans should take over both the House and the Senate?

Would that mean the "GOP meltdown" was nothing of the sort?

Huckabee said it, there's a complete video. Yet you say it's not his position and out of context, and is "false information"? If he said it, it WAS his position!

Seems the pattern is YOURS, of Right Wing apologizing and unswerving support, no matter how egregious and offensive the comments. But I think Huckabee's own words are your undoing. He said it, and now you own it, too. icon_biggrin.gif

So let let me ask YOU: how are you gonna feel if your own predictions don't come true?

I seem to recall countless Right Wing claims here just 4 months ago that Mitt Romney would sweep the US Presidential election, and Republicans would take the entire Congress. And were mocking and insulting Obama supporters.

Then afterwards all we heard were *crickets* from the RJ plants. Only now are some of you starting to crawl back out from under your rocks. Back again to your tired pattern of insulting anyone on the Left with ad hominem attacks, and with only faked data to support your positions.

I hope you know the only audience who believes you here are your fellow plants. Whoever is sponsoring you is wasting their time & money.

First, I didn't make any "predictions" at all. Go back and carefully read what I wrote.

Second, I have no idea what these "countless Right Wing claims just 4 months ago" are about, nor am I going to go back and look for them. You can feel free to repost some of them to back up your claim.

Third, what are these "RJ plants" you refer to?

Fourth, what "pattern of insulting anyone on the Left with ad hominem attacks" are you talking about? Again, if you would post some actual examples, you would be more believable.

Fifth, "your fellow plants" and "whoever is sponsoring you" Again, what are you talking about? Are you feeling OK?

Psssssst…Nobody tell Artie that he's somehow lost an entire year, and that the last Presidential Election was actually over a year ago. And Psssssst…let him think the GOP is "sponsoring" people here who don't agree with him. Just humor the poor thing. icon_wink.gif

I own nothing of the sort. They are not my words but I was clarifying what was said that you falsely characterized. I don't generally tangle with you because I have a general sense of your situation from occasionally scanning your messages. I tend to make allowances for people like you. I realize that the GOP could shoot themselves in the foot but the trajectory now looks extremely bad for the Democrats especially because of Obamacare. You probably fear that greatly and is another motivation for your behavior.

Well I have no doubt in my mind that your beloved Texas will try to vote these right wing lunatics into majority control of both Houses of Congress since it is probably the most virulently homophobic and xenophobic state in the US. This possible development alone should make you very thankful for living in Connecticut and that's no bullshit. Only the truth here.

Correct. I committed a typo, and meant it to be "14 months ago". Mea culpa.

But what I stated remains true. You Right Wingers, and especially YOU, were telling us how Romney was gonna slam-dunk Obama.

And I do recall you making some sort of amends for it afterwards. A noble and commendable gesture that I respected.

But some of these other guys here? No. They're on a directed mission, and we all know it. I think you should also do the honorable thing and acknowledge it, too.

There. I've been nice to you. Can you do the same thing yourself?

Who is "We all"? I'm pretty sure YOU are the only one who actually believes that anyone here is on some "directed mission". However, I invite anyone else who believes such nonsense to by all means stand up and be counted.

I don't know how anyone can be stupid enough to support the right wing.
These people actually believe that Jesus Christ is returning to his throne in Israel or whatever, on top of this silly rhetoric.

Someone should remind these people who painted the Last Supper; who painted the walls and ceiling of the Sistine Chapel...
    GAY PEOPLE.

In fact, anything worthwhile about Catholicism was commissioned by gay people, which proves two facts. Facts which should be obvious:

    1. Homosexuality has been around since the dawn of history and is never, ever going away,

2.Without those you claim to hate, your religion would have no following, and no credibility.
