Yeah the Only good part about the Grammys this year

Macklemore was the only good performer truthfully and it has nothing to do with the song he performed. I only missed a little of the start so maybe I am wrong but the marriages where the icing on the cake

Agreed! Pink's performance was fantastic and the highlight of the evening.

Madonna looked like Colonel Sanders' love child.

LOL ... I can't wait to see what all the dooms day sayers are going to say about her performance and its association to the Illuminati

as another poster said in another thread, she does the same performance at every award show with that acrobatic shit. icon_lol.gif it's boring.

Pink is any BUT boring. I saw her in concert last year, it included the 'acrobatic shit' and it was AMAZING!! Trying singing while swing around on rings above the audience and having it sound totally awesome.

Definitely one of the best concerts ever and I'm sure I'll see her again! She can rock it!

I generally hate awards shows, but this wedding was touching. Need to pinch myself when I realize how far things have come.

I didn't really look at it as a "Gay Wedding" per se, but rather just an array of different kinds of couples getting married at the same time showing that love comes in all forms --- hence, "Same Love" regardless of the couple involved. I think this is why this whole thing came off so well. Had it just been a bunch of gay couples getting married, the reaction may have not been as well received, nor would have the same strong point have been made.

I loved the backset too…amazing look before they illuminated the color 'windows' and then amazing look when it was totally lit up! Beautiful.

Same here. It's hard to believe how far we've come in such a short period of time.

I have to agree. I think using straight, gay and bi-racial couples really helped visualize the the message that love is love. Hopefully, it reached a few people that just don't get it.

I want to see a 5 year follow up to this historical event and see who's still married and who's not.

I'll bet the stats will be very similar to what they currently are for all married couples... Only fools rush in icon_wink.gif

OMG! ... now people are saying the Kay Perry was summoning Satan during her Dark Horse performance.

Is there no end to the ignorance of people icon_rolleyes.gificon_twisted.gif

Its a little played out.. not shocking at ll but I guess shocking isn't what she was going for..

But either she is a hardcore lying lip syncer or has Great control.. her body bounced and spasmed multiple time due to the twirls and impact of gravity along the rope cloths but her voice stayed the same.. I suspect a Beyoncé occurred.. as in a prerecorded live track was play backed during the trapeze performance

Really? I must've been watching another show ... one with lots of memorable moments and outstanding performances. Less emphasis on "awards" more focus on collaboration among artists and a night of celebrating music.
