I have the same problem. I'm sure if I started wanking with my left hand more often things might balance out. But my right hand and I are in a monogamous relationship. Guess I'm just old fashioned. ;-)

...but seriously. I read in another thread that if you stretch your weaker arm a lot it may be able to gain strength quicker.

You don't have the same control over that arm. Therefore you do not have the ability to make it do things your right arm can do. You have to shift the control of your left arm over to your body (instead of your mind). The only way to do that is to use it. SO, when you can successfully reach nirvana with your left hand/arm, you will be well on your way to balancing your control/abilities.

Your right arm will understand that you still love it.

Parts of this were written in jest, but only to get your attention. You really do have to build up the control/feedback pathways to your left hand/arm in order to see equal responses on both sides of your body. The easiest way to do this is to take a task that your right side knows how to do, and force (with conscious control) your left side to perform the same task. When it becomes easy, you are building the pathways. Build the pathways, and you will get the responses you seek.

um... at least in my experience, that's the way it works.
