Phones all VOIP and phone numbers to be IP addresses

    its just a number:
    i cant recall i remember any phone numbers any more.

    connected by a chain of copper atoms:
    -when we talk to someone why does there have to be a defined path of copper atoms to the other person?
    -I dont figure why cell phone providers even provide an analog voice function on cell phones. Why not just let the user pick a Skype or google app of personal choice if they want to talk. Actually texting is so nice as you have a recorded record of what was said, no confusion on directions, address, shopping lists.
