    Hi guys, how's it going?

So what do you think about them?

For me, when I meet ANYONE, man or woman, gay or straight, I ALWAYS look at their eyebrows first. They are pretty much the most important part to a person's face. After that comes mouth then eyes.

But staying on track, my eyebrows have had many metamorphoses through their time icon_wink.gif Some of them not very good icon_razz.gif

They've gone from natural, plucked a bit, plucked WAY too much, being taken off (big mistake), grown back to plucked version, taken half off (dumb idea), grown back to natural and now they are back to only slightly plucked to keep them natural looking but tidy.

That's a process across two years I would say. Suffice it to say I am ballistic about the way my eyebrows look icon_razz.gif

Do you have a weird obsession about eyebrows? How important are they to you?

To each his own but the OP and this conversation probably should find a more appropriate venue than RJ. This is extremely "High Gay."

    I'll confess.
I pluck out the occassional wayward hair.
I have a friend at the gym who has a single gray hair sticking straight out about an inch from his eyebrow. I would scream "pull it out" but he lets me squeeze his huge biceps so all is forgiven.
I'm also suddenly remembeing two people (one young one old) I worked with who had a single almost invisible 8 inch hair dangling from their ear lobes.
I hope this doesn't give Pol nightmares. My throat is getting tight just thinking about it.

I seem to have touched a raw nerve with you. Not sure why but I assume you just slithered out of your low hole and will slither back.

Apparently, this thread touched a raw nerve with you, as you suggested the subject and the OP take a hike... Lol, I'd actually rather keep Anne Coulter Jr. around than some crusty elitist with a fake orange tan.

Perhaps you've never seen the sun living in the cold north of nowhere. Certainly looks like it. I live at the beach. That seems to bother you. Ya, I'd rather RJ not turn into an eyebrow plucking cross-dressing site. But that must suit you. Btw, HottJoe, I assume the screen name refers to your morning coffee because it sure doesn't apply to you.

I don't like plucked, shaved or waxed other than in the middle to avoid a uni brow look or a slight trim if they get too long. I don't know why men want to feminize their looks. There are some young guys at the gym with brows that look absolutely hideous. Like this.

This is a great masculine looking brow.

Couldn't care less about my eyebrows.
Hadn't even really paid them any mind until recently, when the weird long ones began to show up.
Probably won't care once the newness has worn off...

The forum is called "All Things Gay." Why isn't that an appropriate venue for a discussion of other dude's eyebrows?

The topic doesn't do much for me either but rather than throw dirt on him (for being TOO GAY, no less) I was just going to move on to the next one.

Your profile says you're chill. Be? icon_smile.gif

I said High Gay, not Too Gay. There's a difference. I wan't mean about it. I do value the variety of conversations on this site and the variety of opinions, but I also value that the site attracts guys with some interest in sports, the gym, health and fitness. I'd hate to see it devolve down to plucking eyebrows and androgyny. Just as I'd hate to see it turned into just another dating site. It has a focus and a clientele and for my money I think it is the best on the net because of it.

My eyebrows can get bushy and unruly looking but I mostly leave them alone with the exception of trimming a really long, unruly hair. I had them waxed ONCE and made it clear that I didn't want too much removed. Even so, I still thought the effect looked a bit off and prefer the natural look for myself.
